Yet Agency S.r.l. (Tax Code/VAT No. 13701210968), with registered office in Pioltello - Via Norberto Bobbio, no. 5 (hereinafter, the “TitolareController”), owner of the website https://www.yetagency.it/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), in its capacity as data controller of the personal data of users browsing the Website (hereinafter, the "Users”), provides below this privacy policy pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation EU 2016/679 of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, the “Regulation" or "Applicable Law“).

The Controller takes into the utmost consideration the right to privacy and protection of personal data of its Users.

Processing Purposes
By browsing the Website, the User can keep up to date on the services and activities developed and/or promoted by the Controller, request information from the Controller, contact the Controller through the dedicated form or via email using the addresses provided on the Website, and send requests and/or applications to join the Controller’s team. In connection with these activities, the Controller collects personal data relating to Users.
This Website and any services offered through the Website are reserved for persons who are eighteen years of age or over. The Controller does not collect personal data relating to persons under 18 years of age. At the request of Users, the Controller will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected and related to persons under 18 years of age.
Particularly, the personal data of the Users will be lawfully processed for the following purposes:
- to fulfil User requests: the personal data of Users is collected and processed by the Controller for the sole purpose of processing their request. User data collected by the Controller for this purpose includes: name, surname, company name, email address, and any additional information voluntarily provided by the User. No further processing of the User’s personal data shall be carried out by the Data Controller. Without prejudice to the provisions set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, under no circumstances shall the Data Controller disclose the User’s personal data to other Users and/or third parties. No other processing will be carried out by the Controller in relation to the personal data of Users. Notwithstanding the provisions set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, under no circumstances will the Controller make Users' personal data accessible to other Users and/or third parties.
- administrative and accounting purposes: i.e. to carry out activities of an organisational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organisational activities and activities functional for the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
- legal obligations: i.e. to comply with obligations imposed by law, an authority, a regulation or European legislation.
The provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is optional but necessary, since failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the User to submit their request to the Controller.
Processing methods and data retention periods
The Controller will process Users’ personal data with manual and computer tools with logic strictly related to the purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
The personal data of the Users will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the primary purposes illustrated in paragraph 3 above or, in any case, as long as necessary to protect the interests of both the Users and the Controller under civil law.
Scope of communication and dissemination of data
The personal data of Users may be disclosed to the employees and/or collaborators of the Controller in charge of managing the Website and User requests. These persons, who have been instructed in this sense by the Controller pursuant to Art. 29 of the Regulation, will process User data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this policy and in compliance with the provisions of Applicable Legislation
The personal data of Users may also be disclosed to third parties which might process personal data on behalf of the Controller in the capacity as Data Processors, such as, by way of example, suppliers of IT and logistics services functional to the operation of the Website, suppliers of outsourcing or cloud computing services, professionals and consultants.
Users have the right to obtain a list of any data processors appointed by the Controller, by making a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 6 below.
Rights of the data subject
Users may exercise the rights granted by Applicable Legislation by contacting the Controller in the following ways:

Pursuant to Applicable Law, the Controller hereby informs that Users have the right to obtain indication
- of the origin of personal data;
- the processing purposes and methods;
- the logic applied in the event of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identification details of the Controller and processors;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as processors or persons in charge of the processing.
Furthermore, Users have the right to obtain:
- l’access, l’updating, rectification or, when interested,integration of data
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form o la limitazione or the restriction of data processed unlawfully, including data that that is not required to be retained for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

- the right to data portability (the right to receive all personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used format readable by an automatic device);
- the right to object:
- If it is deemed that the processing concerning their personal data violates the Regulation, the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory authority in the Member State in which they usually reside, in the one in which they work or in the one in which the alleged violation has occurred).
