BRAND AWARENESS AND REVENUE GROWTH IN 3 MONTHS
CHALLENGE
Twinkly, an Italian e-commerce brand selling smart and customisable LED lights, had clear and ambitious challenges to achieve in just 3 months (Q4):
- Increase brand awareness in the USA
- Implement an immediate strategic change to drive a significant revenue boost.
APPROACH
We knew that Q4 was the most crucial period for Twinkly due to the nature of the product. With limited time, our first action was to identify quick wins to deliver immediate, tangible results. At the same time, we launched brand awareness campaigns on social media with highly engaging content, supported by the presence of a Hollywood celebrity.
We combined these with search campaigns targeting highly profiled audiences and relevant keywords, to intercept qualified traffic. Finally, to capitalise on this, we implemented pure conversion campaigns, turning engagement into sales.

The strategic approach adopted led to a significant increase in both brand awareness and performance in the United States.
Between October and November 2024, search volume for the term “Twinkly” grew by 2,541% compared to the previous year.
Website sessions increased by 134%, with engagement rate rising by 21%. Revenue volume increased by 203% compared to the previous year.
