CHALLENGE
Fornitura Idraulica is an Italian e-commerce with over 15,000 products, including plumbing and solar systems, faucets, hardware, sinks, sanitary ware, and bathroom furniture. The challenge was focused on two main objectives:
- Increase revenue
- Rise profitability
APPROACH
Given the size of the catalogue and the high search volume, especially in certain categories, we placed the product at the heart of our strategy.
We analyzed each SKU in depth, evaluating its competitiveness, market share, search volumes and other key indicators.
This allowed us to group the products into strategic clusters to design the search campaigns structure and allocate the budget efficiently, making them dynamic and able to move between clusters based on performance and set targets.

The project presented significant complexity in all aspects: from the choice of Martech tools to the definition of the campaign structure, through to data analysis and continuous optimizations.
These efforts delivered significant results in the first quarter of 2025.
Revenues increased by 86%, while profitability grew by 24%.
